A typical development journey involves 8-12 half-day workshops, over a 6-8 month period for a group of 5-25 executives. Between the workshops the executives apply the skills on-the-job, with coaching and feedback to help overcome ‘immunity to change’, increase self-awareness and reinforce positive impact being achieved. The topics are covered at different levels, depending on the level of seniority and experience of the executives in the group (leaders of self, leaders of others, leaders of functions and business units, leaders of multi-unit corporations).
