REALISE: From Business Case to Purchase Order

​The goal of IXLerator ‘REALISE’ is to speed up the time-to-market for the concepts, taken to approved Business Cases through the PURSUIT process. The aspiration is to obtain commitment of funding support or a purchase order within the 6-8 week REALISE process.  To transition from Business Case to Purchase Order the teams engage with external parties; customers, channel partners, investors, production partners, etc.
 
GIM Institute certified facilitators lead the teams in three 1.5 day workshops (held approximately every 2 weeks). They also provide guidance through weekly check-ins, helping to ensure the teams progress rapidly. The teams are encouraged to create Minimum-Viable-Versions, ‘Artefacts’ (such as demonstration models, brochures, Apps, etc.) and to repeatedly refine their value propositions based on external party feedback.
 
At the end of the period of REALISE support by the facilitators the team is expected to have created promotional materials (e.g. an exhibition booth, a video) or to have generated a commitment from investors or customers.
