​1. Purpose Driven High Performance Leadership Team

​A performing leadership team which is aligned on a clear vision of the future market-space and positioning of the organization. When the leadership teams ‘eyes’ are all set on the future horizon they can work effectively to navigate the through the day-to-day challenges. A high performing team makes situation appropriate decisions more rapidly, with greater individual empowerment whilst emphasising collective accountability. Our support has two main themes;

a.  LT-X: Leadership Team Excellence

  1. We facilitate the leadership team to create and hold each to account to live by a Team Doctrine unique for this team, in this company, striving to achieve the unique strategic vision. The doctrine is created by the team addressing six key questions and then adopting the behaviours to put the choices into practice and hold each other accountable.
    1. What is our unique mission and mandate as a team?
    2. To achieve this mandate what type of team do we need to be?
    3. Who needs to be in this team in order to achieve our mandate?
    4. What behaviours do we require of everyone in this team?
    5. How do we each align with and influence the wider organisation?
    6. How do we learn, improve, self-discipline and get rewarded?
 
The format of the LT-X programme is tailored to individual client context however, a common approach is to address each of the six questions in a separate half-day workshop, with 2-3 weeks between workshops.
