Enhancing Outcomes AND Building Capabilities
Working with Corporate Rebirth. We provide five types of support that we tailor to align with your objectives, context and priorities. 
1. Ignition Events 
These events raise awareness and stimulate thinking and discussion about how to excel as leaders and how to thrive as an enterprise in the accelerated, technology enabled, complex and unstable context of today – and tomorrow. In the 4th Industrial Revolution. The sessions are rich in stories and examples from our research and portfolio of clients. The goal is to inspire and energise, as well as to enrich your managers understanding and insight on leading and achieving and sustaining greater success. 
  • Previous Ignition Events have included immersive workshops, key-note speeches (in-person or online) and executive retreats, we create engaging events in a format that works best for you. 

2. Development Programmes
  • We create and deliver development programmes for individuals, teams and groups.
    • Most programmes are tailored to match your context, priorities, format and pace, whether online or in-person, whether 'live' or 'self-paced' or on-demand.   
    • Some prefer to join in an existing programme which has a fixed format (including both live-sessions and self-paced online) and a fixed selection of content. 
  • All our development programmes draw on our research on the 25 themes that make leaders effective in the contemporary context of the 4th Industrial Revolution. Each of our development programmes integrates together a selection of these themes. A brief description of each theme can be found on the page Intentional Leadership
 
3. Insight Reports: Foundations for Action 
  • We produce Insight Reports which reflect our structured assessments and analyses related to your enterprise of the areas of the ‘pillars’ that you have indicated are most relevant to you.
    • i.e. Leadership Prowess, Winning with Strategy, Dynamic Competitive Advantage.
  • The assessments leverage our own proprietary online assessment surveys (e.g. Dynamic Capacity, Top-team Culture) as well as third-party tools. We also undertake structured interviews (either one-on-one or group) and combine these insights with relevant desk research on your organisation.
  • The Insight Reports provide you with feedback and insight of the prioritized areas of the 3-pillars. They characterise the situation and reveal specific issues that may be used to define the scope and focus of initiatives going forward.
  • Insight Reports each require approx. 6-12 weeks to produce, for a fixed fee.
 
4. Expert Support, On-going and On-call: Retainer
  • We remain engaged with you, able to provide expert advisory support in any (or all) of the 3-pillar areas, through establishing a 12 month retainer contract.
  • This structure enables us to provide you with support to initiatives that you run internally (or with external consultants) that address issues related to the 3-pillars. 
  • A monthly schedule of meetings (discussions) is established, which is supported by the exchange of update documents and briefings.
  • Additionally, we welcome being contacted by you, as and when necessary, such that we can provide you with timely input and advice.
  • At the end of the 12 month contract we provide an updated version of the relevant Insight Reports, in which we highlight progress made as well as remaining or newly arising areas of concern. 
 
5. High Impact: Acceleration Projects 
  • We are delighted to respond to your requests for support to address specific issues and support needs that you have, related to the 3-pillars.
  • Such support may be coaching (individual or team), training and leadership development, consultancy (analysis and advisory deep-dive on particular topics) or direct roles such as project or interim managers or supporting negotiations.
  • Each project is designed to reach a destination (the desired outcomes) as well as to be positive experiences for those involved. The emphasis is always on doing, addressing the business issues that you are facing and that are important, whilst also, heightening skills of leadership and enterprise performance. 
  • ​The scope, timing and costing or all such support is defined before any such work is agreed or started.
