Prof. Stephen (Steve) Wyatt is the founder and lead consultant at Corporate Rebirth.
He is the Professor of Leadership at the University of Bath, UK, through which he conducts his research and is a lead facilitator in Executive courses. He is author of four books, the two most recent being 'Antidote to the Crisis of Leadership' (April 2024, Degruyter) and 'Management & Leadership in the 4th Industrial Revolution' (Nov. 2020, Kogan Page).
An accomplished consultant with over 25 years experience, Steve was previously the Regional Managing Partner for Monitor (Deloitte) and subsequently the lead partner of Heidrick & Struggles Leadership Consulting practice in the Asia-Pacific region. As an entrepreneur Steve is most recognised for having established the first international polo club and official 'Gold Cup' tournament in China in 2006, a venture which he scaled quickly and eventually sold in 2012.
Whilst retaining responsibility for the design and the quality of delivery of every engagement, Steve draws on an extensive network of previous colleagues and partner entities to configure the best support for each specific client situation, reflecting the location, sector and the issues being addressed.
