Steve is co-founder of Corporate Rebirth Partners, a unique consulting firm focused on the management and leadership capabilities required to thrive in the 4th Industrial Revolution. 

He has supported over 150 corporations, SMEs, individual senior business leaders and National Policy Agencies. In addition through executive training and MBA and DBA programmes he has helped over 12,000 individuals gain insight and acquire skills relevant for 4IR.
Previously Steve was a regional Managing Partner for the Monitor Group.

​Hitendra created the Innovation Olympics, an open-innovation program that helps companies with growth challenges tap into solutions from MBA student teams. Over 100 hundred companies have participated in this program. He has also taught innovation to more than 5,000 MBA students.

Hitendra established the IXLerator to help SMEs generate new 10X growth through business ideas adjacent to their core business. It is the largest SME accelerator in the world graduating over 400 companies.
Previously, Hitendra was a senior leader of Monitor Group's and Arthur D Little’s Innovation Practice.
